Polish manufacturer of radiators, heaters, construction machines and rehabilitation equipment.
About Us
We are a Polish manufacturer of bathroom and decorative radiators, heaters, construction machines and rehabilitation equipment.. Since 1990, we have been serving people not only in Poland, but also in over 40 countries around the world, on 4 continents. Our history is a story of taking on challenges, achieving successes and continuous development, which we owe not only to the hard work of our Organization, but also to the visionary approach of Edward Brylowski - the founder and President of Terma in the years 1990-2024. His successor, Adam Wizimirski, understanding the vision of his predecessor and respecting his legacy, at the same time sets new directions of development and continues the policy of innovation.
Striving to offer products of the highest possible quality is an expression of our respect for the Consumer, whose well-being is crucial to us. Meeting expectations is not enough for us – we want to overtake them. We know that development is only achieved in cooperation with those better than ourselves, therefore cooperation with competent and creative specialists allows us to find innovative and functional solutions.
We research the needs of our Customers and by developing technology we offer them increasingly better products. We focus on quality, design and diversity. Above all, however, we focus on innovation. We actively participate in international fairs and local events, we try to be close to each group of Recipients: both Business Partners and Consumers.

History
The history of the brand dates back to 1991, when Edward Brylowski – the then president and main shareholder – founded Terma, a company whose main goal was to produce bathroom radiators made of steel profiles. The distinguishing feature of those times was the quality of the products offered, and the following years of activity brought an expansion of the offer to include heaters and accessories for radiators, as well as territorial expansion.
December 2002 brought the company, as a result of capital changes, a change of name to Terma Technologie Sp. Z oo In July 2012, the company returned to its original, shorter name - Terma Sp. Z oo Along with the name change, the brand underwent rebranding and the white and red logo known to this day began to appear on the market.
Today, the Terma logo includes not only radiators and heaters under its umbrella, but also high-quality rehabilitation equipment and equipment for integrated playgrounds, fiber optic blowers and modern construction machines for trenchless earthworks. The range of radiators has also expanded, including original cast iron radiators, mass-produced, but with the maintenance of the workshop typical of the factory.
The year 2019 brought the largest investment in the company's history - a new production hall was built in Czaple near Gdańsk, next to the previous factory. Modern technology and the expansion of the machine park contributed to the increase in efficiency, as well as the quality of the offered products and services.
In July 2024, the transfer of power took place, the previous president Edward Brylowski handed over the function of president to Adam Wizimirski, who is currently continuing the work of his predecessor. Edward Brylowski currently sits on the Supervisory Board of Terma.
Values
The common denominator of the processes we undertake are values: innovation, diligence, responsibility, frugality and humility are the components and guideposts to being the best possible Supplier.
The good of others inspires us to find new, unconventional ways of expressing ourselves and acting. Going beyond the usual patterns, we want to fully utilize the conditions of the free market, offering our Partners full development, and Consumers the most perfect possible product at an affordable price.
Innovation
It is a constant exploration of issues and a desire to create a better reality. Duplication does not bring development, but rather regression. That is why we do not want to waste energy on reproducing activities, but direct our forces to providing new solutions, adapted to the dynamically changing reality.
Diligence
It is not putting off until later what we can do today. We do not set any limits on creativity. We allow new ideas to be born not only while working at a desk, but in any circumstances. When it comes to the well-being of the consumer, there are no time frames for us.
Co-responsibility
This is a natural consequence of putting the Consumer's good above our own and a guarantee of satisfaction with the proposed solutions. We are convinced that they bring good, which is why we vouch not only for the quality of our products, but also for the reliability of cooperation and the effectiveness of the support offered.
Cost effectiveness
It is the rationality of action that generates profit. It is thanks to it that we can develop, investing in new technologies, so that our product and work meet the expectations of our consumers as fully as possible. Saving also allows us to support other works that bring good to other people.
Pokora
It is gratitude for every feedback from our Consumers and Partners. Thanks to their comments and suggestions, we can become better. We believe that a good supplier can only be someone who knows how to serve. We want each of our recipients to be demanding towards us.
